Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship primarily via USPS. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Free Standard Shipping — available on qualifying domestic orders
- Standard Shipping — $8.00, typically 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping — $15.00, typically 2-3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
International Shipping We ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. MDRN DAD is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
